   Within the Henkel Consumer Brands local R&D, Design group- Laboratory Senior Manager in charge of new product development for the non-pressurized formats of the brands Got2b and DevaCurl- Mid-term innovations for the Global Styling and Global Textured Hair fields: engaged with cross-functional partners (consumer research, marketing, blue sky teams etc.) to build category roadmaps and subsequently built strategic multi-year research & development programs- Proposal, communication of yearly targets within these fields to support Henkel\'s strategy; Implementation and cascading through individual targets- Consumer centric product development- Close exchange and partnership with raw material suppliers and external Institutes; setting up collaborative research programs and competitive formulation challenges in the field of styling and textured hair- People Management & Development, including functional management of broader team
