ABOUT CAMILLE FIASCO
I graduated from the University of Oklahoma with my BBA in Management and a minor in Psychology. I am pursuing a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Texas A&M University. As an HR Assistant at WhyHR, I have developed competencies in project management and communicating with clients at all levels to ensure compliance standards are met within their organization, as well as answering employee inquiries about benefits, PTO, and job descriptions among others. I engage in projects involving Excel and various HRM systems. I am particularly interested in the areas of project management, human resources, and industrial-organizational psychology, ideally as a consultant. I am interested in learning how HR practices and systems can promote more efficiency within project management. I want to be a resource for your company and your employees and am looking for any opportunities for me to expand and enhance these skills.
