   Lead capacity building and technical assistance for county agencies and community-based organizations delivering Community Defined Evidence Practices (CDEPs), ensuring equitable access to culturally grounded mental health services. Develop and implement sustainability strategies, including Medicaid funding alignment, grant and RFP readiness, and long-term strategic planning to expand and sustain impact-In partnership with faculty at the University of the Pacific, co-lead the Transformational Change Partnership, a first-of-its-kind fellowship program for public sector leaders that equips them with skills to drive sustainable systems change. Contribute to program strategy, lead content development and delivery, and coach 20+ local government employees. Coordinate with the University, consultants from four organizations, and steward a $1M+ budget to ensure impactful, scalable capacity building.
