I work closely with our clients in understanding the culture of the property in order to deliver not only the most experienced candidates, but also people who will have the right cultural fit, who can help take a business forward. Whilst working closely with clients to ensure every search is as focused as possible, I am also acutely aware of my responsibilities to my candidates to ensure that the role, and the property is right for them and their career. I am privileged to be able to represent some of the best boutique hotels in the country, and with them some of the loveliest people that own and help run them, as well as some of the most interesting candidates from all over the world.
