Senior Account Executive responsibilities: Looking after the distribution of RTW and Accessories lines in US, Canada and Central America:o Presenting seasonal collections to clients during showroom appointments, creating assortment plans to maximize business within accounts and guarantee product exclusivity for key accountso Organizing appointment calendar and client databaseo Collaborating with designing team offering feedback from commercial prospectiveo Researching and strategizing partnership with top accounts (Moda Operandi, Shopbop, Saks, Neiman Marcus)o Compiling weekly selling reports (e.g. sorting by door, style, deliveries) for top accounts analyzing performances and taking actions to improve sell thru (e.g. swaps, sales incentives, staff trainings)o Entering orders and following up with phone calls to increase quantities when neededo Coordinating samples arrival and merchandising the showroomBrand Manager responsibilities: Responsible for the global launch of two brands (RTW and Accessories):o Identifying brand competitors and brand adjacency through online research by style and price pointo Identifying competitors stockists, performing outreach via emails and phone callso Identifying, planning and attending Trade Shows to participate in Europe, Asia and USo Identifying agents and showrooms in Europe, Asia, Russia for potential collaborations.o Performing clients’ outreach via phone calls and emails introducing the brands and securing appointmentso Coordinating with creative department to define brand image and putting in place strategies to promote the brandso Organize photoshoot by researching and styling outfits, assisting in choosing models, choosing final imageso Assisting with creation of email blasts and newsletters
