Part of the HR Development team, with a focus on the recruiting and the development processes.\\\\nMain activities:\\\\n- Recruitment: Support with the whole recruitment process from company needs analysis to onboarding, including collaboration with external agencies.\\\\n- Employer branding: Collaboration with schools and universities to offer internships, company presentations, participation in job fairs and university events\\\\n- Performance management: Design, implementation and management of a new performance management process\\\\n- HR processes: Continuous improvement of a variety of HR processes, such as the onboarding process, including review, updating and evaluation.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
