   Currently, I have the opportunity to work in Southern Code, a Software Factory Boutique. Innovation and co-creation are our bases and we enjoy working together with our clients. As a recruiter, I perform different activities related to the HR field. These include: Managing the full lifecycle recruiting and hiring process, participating in candidate sourcing efforts through linkedin and others platforms, scheduling calls and interviews, conducting interviews, sending technical feedback, coordinating compensation packages and when necessary carrying out the resume’s preparation to present to the client. My objective is to improve candidates\' experience throughout the hiring process. Therefore, i am continuously creating and monitoring HR metrics and reports to measure and improve performance as well as maintaining smooth communications with the team regarding administrative and HR tasks, events and general support to the team.
