Retrieve data and run analyses for WMG’s portfolio of artists using BEx and SAP software for various statement types such as Joint Ventures and Pressing and Distribution that correspond to the related track deals, artist and label deals- Develop ways to streamline the reporting process and accuracy in the financial workbooks so that statements are rendered on time per their contracts- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including: Marketing, Artist Royalties, Licensing, Business Affairs & Legal, etc, to ensure accurate revenue recognition and alignment with corporate and artist goals- Conduct variance analysis between actual financial results versus the forecasts on balance sheet reconciliations, providing explanations for discrepancies - Maintain accurate accounting by ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and proper distribution of revenue to artists, labels, etc- Render payments for the corresponding statements in Ariba along with distributing the statements via email and/or physical mailing to the proper addresses
