From the Office of the Global Deputy Executive Director, working under the Partnership Senior Advisor, I coordinate communication and collaboration across regions and divisions to inform strategic decision-making related to UNICEF’s global presence, priorities, and outcomes. My work includes aligning teams toward COP milestones and strengthening the positioning of children at the center of the climate agenda, with the objective of scaling climate resource mobilization and impact.Previously, in Brazil, I served as Head of Partnership Development - Business & Philanthropy, working closely with UNICEF leadership, the Consultative Council, companies, foundations, major donors, program champions, and teams to build sustained and scalable programmatic responses for the most vulnerable children and adolescents in the country and beyond.Together with a highly committed team, we delivered consistent double-digit fundraising growth over a ten-year period, positioning UNICEF Brazil as a leading reference for private-sector partnerships at local, regional, and global levels. This included becoming the most chosen international organization by the business sector in Latin America, enabling continuous innovation and strong results for children.I also contributed to the design and launch of UNICEF’s first Business Consultative Council in the region, strengthening cross-sector strategic thinking and collaboration alongside leaders from media, the private sector, and philanthropy.

   I am responsible to ensure the smooth operations of the COP project including a proper information flow and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to secure the workplan is concreted. One of the goals is to achieve a successful roll-out of UNICEF’s influencing and engagement strategy on the way to COP and at this global strategic conference; therefore, generating impactful results for our children worldwide.Additionally, I have to coordinate internal efforts and equip the climate partnership squad with resources that will advance on a multi-divisional work to generate impactful climate related alliances on behalf of the children.
