Responsible for successfully consulting with healthcare clients in the development of strategic health improvement plans by presenting iMethods healthcare IT services. Service offerings include, but are not limited to, healthcare consulting, healthcare IT staff augmentation, and recruiting/permanent search services. • Present iMethods solutions to executive levels of organizations and prepare formal proposal • Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and overcome objections to closure • Maintain a strong knowledge of healthcare technology initiatives and provide accurate sales forecasts/reports to management in a timely and consistent manner • Contact current and potential clients on a daily basis and assure their healthcare consulting, healthcare IT staff augmentation, and permanent search needs are achieved • Utilize company processes and systems, including pre-employment screening of candidates • Manage client and consultant relationships, expectations, and maintain service levels during an engagement
