ABOUT CAMILA SAGAHON-CRUZ
I am a sophomore at the University of Florida studying Political Science with a minor in Public Relations on the pre‑law track. I’m especially interested in how law shapes communities, protects individuals, and creates opportunities interests that guide both my academic and professional experiences. My legal foundation began at Cohen, Norris, Wolmer, Ray, Telepman, Berkowitz, & Cohen, where I gained hands‑on exposure to real estate law, litigation, and estate planning. This experience, along with my involvement in the UF Pre‑Legal Honor Society, continues to shape my goal of pursuing a career in international, sports, or entertainment law. Beyond the legal field, I serve as a Blue Shirt Marketing Intern with the University Athletic Association, supporting game‑day promotions and fan engagement. Working in fast‑paced, high‑energy environments has strengthened my communication skills and reinforced my interest in the intersection of athletics, media, and law. Service remains central to who I am, from volunteering with the Kids Cancer Foundation to nearly a decade in Girl Scouts. As a bilingual English Spanish speaker, I’m committed to using my voice and skills to support diverse communities with empathy and integrity. I am excited to continue building my legal experience and connecting with professionals who value advocacy, leadership, and meaningful impact.
