In my current role, I manage diverse projects within Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing, focusing on project coordination and management. Key responsibilities:Project Management:* Localizing and managing market approvals for creative assets in media campaigns.* Executing website updates and optimizations, including Content Strategy rollout and blog content migration.* Coordinating CRM localization and conducting sporadic audits of the website and digital asset management system.* Managing the internal Microsoft Teams Hub for effective coordination.Oversight and Coordination:* Developing, maintaining, and optimizing processes for media campaign approvals and launches.* Overseeing large projects by external agencies and providing comprehensive support to the DTC Senior Manager.Translation/Localization Coordination:* Serving as the main contact between external agencies and market colleagues for transcreation/localization activities.* Optimizing the localization process for efficient asset sign-off and go-live, maintaining tracking sheets for all DTC assets.* Leading \'all agency meetings\' and providing support to markets joining ZoetisPets.com.Content/Website/CRM:* Coordinating stakeholders and transcreation activities to support the team.* Managing the market review and approval process, maintaining content spreadsheets and databases.* Assisting the Content & CRM Manager in implementing new content elements.* Ensuring alignment of market stakeholders and reviewing ZoetisPets.com for optimal performance.
