For more than a decade, I’ve been deeply involved in Portland’s startup community — organizing events, mentoring founders, and helping foster a more human-centered approach to tech and entrepreneurship. A long-time collaborator with PIE (Portland Incubator Experiment), I’ve played an ongoing role in supporting early-stage founders, building community gatherings, and advocating for practices that prioritize people over hustle culture.My work has included lowkey networking events, mentorship programs, and serving as a sounding board (and occasional reality check) for folks navigating the wilds of startup life.
