With over 15 years of work experience in social services, I\'ve worn many hats! I have a Master\'s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, which enables me to apply psychological principles and research methods to improve the quality and effectiveness of hiring and training processes. I also have strong interpersonal skills, which allow me to build rapport and trust with candidates, clients, and colleagues. Some of my core competencies include candidate management, talent development, client and employee engagement, assessment and support, and crisis intervention. In my previous roles, I have managed and coordinated residential and clinical operations, provided counseling and coaching to diverse populations, and led and supported teams in various settings. I am driven by the mission of enhancing the health and well-being of the communities I serve, and I am always eager to learn new skills and perspectives that can help me grow as a professional and as a person.
