   An international education and leadership company focused on engaging instruction and learning methodologies for educators, administrators, students and parents.I have trained more than 22,500 teachers, and administrators in instructional design, classroom management, delivery methods, effective facilitation, and learning skills.I have coached district-level administrators and principals in rigorous curriculum design,Common Core implementation, standards-based instruction, evaluation and observation coaching.I have designed curriculum and participant materials for programs for students and teachers. These projects included train-the trainer curriculum and customized program content.I have delivered 100+ customized trainings to both education and business clients.I have observed and coached more than 2,250 teachers to implement Common Core, besteducational practices, strategies for engagement, classroom management, and brain-based lesson designs.I have trained over 325 QLN instructors and outside trainers in various companies.I have delivered dozens of parenting trainings and consulted on parenting topics and projects.
