Responsible for various multi-million pound projects. Report to Directors on progress, costs, forecasting and project management. Liaise with clients to resolve issues, provide information and ensure satisfaction. Maintain the work schedule/program completing tasks on time and in budget. Ensure every aspect of H&S is achieved and adhered to. Monitor and update RAMS as projects progress. Recruit, organise and manage sub-contractors to maximise work efficiency. Resolve any issues and deal with disciplinary measures quickly and effectively. Maintain site level management whilst assisting company directors with wider project management tasks. Ensure site activities and facilities including welfare are compliant with Health & Safety and CDM. Keep the H&S file in order and up to date. Ensuring all plant and correct quantities of materials are planned for, organised and delivered on time. Maintaining the Temporary Works Register Reducing unnecessary waste Ordering materials and calculating quantities to a tight budget and deadline Compile permits and registers for various tasks confirming all checks are complete
