Support global offshore drilling operations on the Stena Forth and Stena Don, coordinating between offshore rig teams, onshore operations management, support functions, and client drilling, HSE and logistics teams to ensure safe and efficient well delivery:• Coordinate international rig intakes and mobilisations, acting as the key interface between clients, international partners and subcontractors, ensuring rig readiness and equipment suitability for upcoming wells and drilling sections. • Support well planning and risk management activities including DWOPs, HAZIDs and AARs, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated prior to execution. Represent the company in technical and logistical discussions with clients and contractors.• Monitor rig performance and analyse and analyse NPT events, delivering operational performance reports to c-suite management and board-level stakeholders.• Secured capital investment for multiple rig upgrades worth several hundred thousand dollars, subsequently managing the delivery of modifications including a riser stacking structure, remote-release shackle system to improve BOP deployment weather windows, deck modifications, and DNV-compliant sea-fastening improvements.
