Represent the company in technical and logistical discussions with clients and contractors.• Monitor rig performance and analyse and analyse NPT events, delivering operational performance reports to c-suite management and board-level stakeholders.• Secured capital investment for multiple rig upgrades worth several hundred thousand dollars, subsequently managing the delivery of modifications including a riser stacking structure, remote-release shackle system to improve BOP deployment weather windows, deck modifications, and DNV-compliant sea-fastening improvements.
