I am a Financial Due Diligence professional at PwC, advising private equity and corporate clients through buy-side and sell-side transactions. My work focuses on analyzing earnings quality, assessing net working capital and net debt positions, and identifying key risks and value drivers that directly impact transaction pricing and structure.I work closely with deal teams to translate financial data into actionable insights during live transaction processes. This includes evaluating EBITDA sustainability, revenue and margin trends, cash flow dynamics, and diligence findings that inform transaction discussions.I began my career in TMT audit, where I gained a strong technical accounting foundation and exposure to large, complex organizations.
