I am eager for new experiences and getting out of my comfort zone to put myself in a position of success. I have a strong passion for marketing and I enjoy working with a team. Every team needs a leader and I tend to fill that role as I take initiative and communicate effectively among my peers. My whole life I\'ve been apart of a team, from playing minor league hockey to being on the Carleton University rowing team and taking a leadership role in the Sprott Business Students Society (SBSS). My outgoing personality and leadership skills allowed me to move my way up the ranks within SBSS and achieve a director role. I learned to manage my time affectively by balancing extra curricular activity\'s at school like intermural sports and SBSS, while keeping my academics a high priority.
