I specialize in HR, Operations, and building a clear Why that scales with the business, not against it.Why consulting? I’m driven by learning from diverse teams and solving complex problems. I thrive in ambiguity, connect patterns quickly, and love turning chaos into clarity so teams can focus on what matters most.Previously, I served on a leadership team as a Human Resources Manager and was trained as a Business Operations Manager. I’ve worked in multi-hat roles where I was relied on across HR, Operations, Office Management, Information Technology & Systems, and everything in between - building new processes, connecting systems, and consistently asking: How does this affect the team, and how do we make it seamless?That’s where my passion comes from: helping growing teams scale intentionally, stay aligned, and build ways of working that genuinely support the people doing the work.Outside of consulting, I’m the owner of The Archive Collection, LLC. Building my own business has given me a deep appreciation for what it means to be an owner - even at a small scale. I understand how difficult it can be to delegate, to let go, and to trust someone with your brand and reputation, and I approach my work with Foundress from that same place of care and accountability.
