In the Payments team, I design new and iterate existing features and services with a focus on native iOS and Android platforms. I collaborate closely with user research, service design, analytics and content design to make sure our solutions meet real customer needs and support the bank’s objectives. Working with product and engineering, I validate and adapt designs within current constraints whilst advocating for strategic improvements to architecture and technology. I deliver build-ready Figma files using our design systems and tokenisation approach for Lloyds, Halifax and Bank of Scotland brands for native and browser based Online banking platforms.
