I spent 13 years building Code.org with Hadi Partovi from a startup into a global platform reaching 100M+ students, driving policy reform across every U.S. state and dozens of countries. Our work was category creation at global scale. I\'m now applying the same architectural thinking to AI transformation. I\'ve been building production agentic systems — hiring intelligence tools, multi-agent orchestration platforms, an AI buying agent with a 94% accuracy eval framework — while developing a methodology for how organizations should design, build, and govern AI-enabled workflows.The gap in most organizations isn\'t the AI technology. It\'s the architecture of how the technology meets the work — the governance, the change management, the systems-level thinking about where AI belongs and where it doesn\'t. That\'s what I do. Represented Code.org at the White House AI Task Force alongside Fortune 50 CEOs.
