I am a contentious construction lawyer, having acted on behalf of both public clients, including local and state governments, and the private sector, including employers, contractors, engineering consultants and subcontractors. I have experience in a number of industries including mining and resources, renewable energy, logistics, tourism, government, transport infrastructure (roads, rail and airports) and public infrastructure (hospitals and water treatment facilities). This includes advising on projects across several states and territories of Australia, as well as in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa and the Caribbean.I have acted on behalf of clients in various dispute resolution processes including litigation, arbitration, mediation and statutory adjudication.
