I have continued to fulfill my developing interest in the field of Regional Development and Construction Management. My main points of interest are Urban/Residential and Commercial Development. I also have a growing interest in Commercial Real Estate and Acquisitions. In my background of education and professional experience I have studied different steps of development and the extensive methods of Regional/Urban planning and development. Having aided in the management of constructing and overseeing the completions of a 54 story and twin tower 34 & 44 story luxury multi family apartment buildings in downtown Los Angeles. Which comprised of over 1,100 units and custom high end amenities, an award winning select client campus (dedicated \"art landmark\" by the city of Burbank), and a 32 acre select client (WB) multi studio campus lot; I have an extensive tool kit of experience in the construction management of large residential and commercial projects. I am seeking to utilize my skill set and previous unique opportunities/experience to further expand and build my portfolio with likeminded and driven individuals & companies. Along my studies, and experience in construction, I have had two experiences that catered to my entrepreneurial spirit. The first began with a non profit organization, Unican. I Co-founded and aided in building this organization from the ground up. This organization leverages recyclable materials in different communities around the U.S and donates these funds to different charities in local communities. To date we have continually donated to aid at risk youth and homeless shelters on the west coast as far as the mid-west. The second opportunity that arose in my Professional career was the founding of Aesthetics Labs LLC with two of my partners. Our company created a womens pre-exercise supplement that provides all the benefits of a pre-workout supplement, vitamin supplements and also aids in maintaining a balanced diet along with aiding in weight loss.
