As part of a dynamic team, I am deeply involved in developing comprehensive curriculum for both in-class and online learning environments, crafting training materials, and providing essential resources. My role involves creating and delivering engaging presentations, conducting hands-on practical training sessions, and offering thorough follow-up programs. I play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for growth and devising strategic action plans to elevate our services from great to exceptional.As the content creator for our Service Development Team, I am responsible for curating, creating, and designing a wide range of multimedia content. This includes producing, recording, engineering, and editing our Leadership Development podcast, as well as producing, filming, and editing all our Service Development training videos. My responsibilities extend to crafting every element of each project, encompassing sound design, original music composition, motion graphics, and more, ensuring a cohesive and impactful learning experience.
