In 2016 I co-founded Rec Room to focus on social VR/AR experiences. We shipped Rec Room in the summer of 2016. As of 2019 Rec Room is a thriving social UGC app that works on everything from phones to VR headsets. It\'s a fun and welcoming environment for people from all walks of life. And best of all, it\'s free!https://recroom.comIn 2011 I joined Microsoft and was Creative Director of one of the first HoloLens experience teams, ultimately shipping three launch apps (RoboRaid, HoloStudio, and 3D Viewer).I spent 20••••11 consulting, pursuing interesting game-like projects in the tablet and free-to-play spaces.From 20••••10 I was a Creative Director of the hit Mercenaries series (for PlayStation and Xbox) at Pandemic studios (later EA).I\'ve been working the games industry since the early 90\'s (my first shipped titles were SNES and Classic Gameboy games). Like many at that time, I started in QA and worked a variety of design and production jobs!
