   Lead Team Development Coordinator• Creates and facilitates an array of customized virtual and in-person team development programs for individual SAS and JMP departments. • Lead 65 unique team development programs for over 1100 local, regional, and global SAS and JMP employees in FY 2022. Projecting to surpass 1500 employees in FY 2023.• Meets with department heads to strategize program content and desired outcomes among their teams. Adapts programs to succeed in a hybrid/virtual work setting if in-person is not an option.• Onboards and trains Recreation and Fitness Center staff to lead and co-lead a variety of in-person and virtual team development programs. Recreation Program Coordinator• Organizes and leads a variety of recreation and employee/family events for SAS employees and eligible family members. Highlighted events include SAS Fall Fest, off-campus volunteer events, off-campus employee outings and socials.• Research and contacts outside vendors to contribute to SAS’s many employee offerings. Ensures vendor contracts are up-to-date and accurate to expedite duties for the SAS Legal and Risk team.• Oversees the RFC Outdoor Recreation Program and continues to offer a variety of programs for SAS employees and family members. • Expands yearly program offerings to key SAS communities (Young Professionals Network, Summer Internship Programs).Sports and Facilities Programs Coordinator• Oversight of all sports leagues on SAS Campus. Builds and maintains principal relationships with employee participants to promote year-round participation, growth in programs, and overall employee satisfaction.• Evaluates recreation areas, facilities, and services to determine if they are producing desired results.Facilities include two soccer fields, a 9-hole disc golf course, softball fields, an indoor gymnasium and racquet courts, and outdoor tennis courts.• Manages daily operations of recreational facilities and enforces regulations to ensure participant safety.
