As an HR Generalist at Dynacraft, I lead employee relations efforts that balance business continuity with a strong focus on fairness, compliance, and culture. I’m also closely involved with FMLA, ADA, and leave administration, acting as a trusted point of contact for both employees and managers navigating complex situations.Beyond the compliance side, I’m passionate about culture and engagement. I spearhead large-scale events like our Family Day (800+ attendees) and plant-wide appreciation meals. I\'ve represented Dynacraft through our United Way partnership, where we’ve raised over $20K through team-driven initiatives.I regularly ensure safety standards are not only met, but improved upon.
