Recruited as a humanitarian action SME to manage the company\'s response to emergencies—coordinating the delivery of both financial and manpower support, as well as technological investments and equipment to support critical relief efforts. Initially hired as Program Manager; promoted after 18 months to Senior PM tasked with managing Microsoft’s global humanitarian emergency response portfolio.• Lead operational infrastructure for a global disaster response program, overseeing the development, maintenance, and security of PowerApps-based project tracking tools, AI agents, and a team chatbot to streamline coordination, enhance reporting visibility for leadership, and support staff engagement across emergency deployments. Efforts to date have included designing/managing over 120 responses in 60 countries and committing over 700M+ in philanthropic resources • Built and led the PMO for the innovative \"AI for Humanitarian Action\" program which provided $14M in funding and over manhours to 58 non-profit projects around the world; this unique initiative enabled nonprofits to develop and deploy AI solutions to support humanitarian response activities• Led creation of a humanitarian response playbook as part of Microsoft\'s broader corporate responsibility and incident management framework, in addition to serving as a member of the corporate Disaster Response Team, developing internal reporting tools, and facilitating global emergency management trainings to leaders/staff
