Cameron Zuehlsdorf - Chief Revenue Officer - CoreMedica Laboratories Inc. As a Professional Sales Leader, I am known for my uncanny ability to generate revenue, motivate and produce successful sales teams, and build strategic partnerships. I believe the two most important pillars of success, which are both 100% controllable, are Effort & Attitude! From the time I started playing team sports as a young boy, till the time I closed my first sale (on a used car lot), and throughout my journey as a sales leader, I have always had a deep passion to compete and outperform. For me, sales in its simplest form, is the ability to out-hustle. Success in sales is much like competing for a position on a sports team, the ones who put in the work, give 100% effort, and consistently find new ways to improve their craft, are the ones whom you\'ll see raising the trophy at the end of the season. My biggest passion in life is to lead, inspire, and help those surrounding me achieve success by unlocking their true potential. My dream job as a little boy was to be the Head Football Coach at the University of Texas (Hook \'em Horns). Although that window of opportunity has now closed, the passion to lead others to greatness still remains. Throughout my 12 years in multiple business settings, I have learned many lessons, and yes, many of them the hard way. The most important, no matter the business, the people are by far the most important piece and should be prioritized as such. When you focus on finding the right people, who are committed to building a positive work culture, the business will thrive effortlessly. For many people, uncovering their WHY may be difficult, and for most, it may be the missing piece to unleash their true potential. For me, my WHY was identified at a younger age than most, and it also happens to be one of the greatest titles anyone could ever hold, being a father! I have been blessed with 4 boys, who challenge me to be the best version of myself daily, and of course, an amazing wife who truly is the anchor and support which has driven me to reach many milestones throughout my career. When I\'m away from work you will find me out on a ballfield coaching my boys, out on the golf course dreaming about playing on the tour, or somewhere near a lake or beach, enjoying time with family and friends and the little things that truly matter!
