Consult on best approaches to ensure compliance and provide immigration pricing; serve as subject matter expert on all thing’s immigration - stay current with laws, regulations, and procedures related to immigration.Operate as Enterprise Lead for the function providing focused business and compliance guidance and global mobility services including:Ensure accurate reporting to clients, internal data quality, and update of internal operating procedures;Develop and deliver training and development opportunities for client stakeholders.Initiate cases and partner closely with outside Legal Counsel on all immigration cases to ensure timely case processing, relationship management, coordinate invoicing and billing, provide feedback to managers, and overall partnership with key internal stakeholders while driving improvements for the future.Partner with talent management, recruitment, and human resources teams to ensure immigration offerings and practices are reflective of company’s culture, best practices, and immigration legislation to support strategy to hire and retain top talent.Communicate in a timely manner with employees and managers regarding all stages of the non-immigrant and immigrant status (including documentation, case strategy, case progression).Continually review immigration procedures, legal status of employees, and uphold Leidos’ practices.Coordinate resolutions to complex mobility cases with the assistance of the global mobility team members, as needed. This will include coordinating research and input from internal teams, summarizing findings and suggestions to stakeholders, while maintaining a focus on employee well-being.Provide responses to FDNS Site Visit/Audits; troubleshoot immigration-related issues and seek to remove barriers before, during, or after an immigration case.
