   Responsible for directing distillery, warehousing, engineering, maintenance, QSE, supply chain, packaging/bottling, capital expenditure projects, and compliance for operations. Key Results: • Second hire for Rabbit Hole Spirits LLC, and early key contributor pre & post construction and brand to market. • Worked with key stakeholders as Project Manager on process design and startup of Rabbit Hole Distillery and satellite barrel warehouse campus • Defined, hired, and trained operations team • Created budgets, roles & responsibilities, KPI\'s, and established culture for operations. • Scaled production from startup to 24/7 within 3 months • Assisted in establishing pricing and long-term distillation contracts with clients • Helped build and establish Rabbit Hole Spirits from concept, construction, and startup to Pernod Ricard acquisition (2019)
