In all my work experience, my primary questions have been these: what voices are missing when crucial conversations are discussed and how can we bring them to the table?Ever since high school, I have always strived to be a DEI Advocate. From teaching middle school STEM enrichment classes to creating programming for Google interns, I put others in a position to succeed. In addition, I use my project management skills, coordinator skills and data analysis to communicate company trends while identifying areas of improvement.My goal in my professional development is to search for DEI opportunities that combine my interests in STEM and social justice while improving my project management, coordinator and data analysis skills.
