Going into 2020, I managed a team of 84 employees for MGM Resorts International as the pandemic hit, and we were all laid off by no one\'s fault. We executed deals at 24 venues on the Las Vegas Strip, including On The Record, Mayfair Supper Club, Nomad Restaurant & Lounge, Alibi & Lilly Lounge, to name a few. Adventure Child Story: Out of a deep desire to stick to my morals and treat all our team members and the surrounding city of Las Vegas I have so much love for, we launched @Adventurechild. We launched a new customer experience in the lounge, and we\'re proud to announce @SukiLasVegas. The family-like team we have assembled and the culture we are cultivating. My wife and I, with the help of our daughter at times, created ten different private labeled products in total, most notibly amzn.to/3iktkjx and The Blushing Baby. Wanting to share these experiences with the world, I self-published a book \"Reverse Engineering Amazon\" During the pandemic, I accepted a position as the Chief Culture Officer for LADA Labs, worked as a Sales Director for LEVELS Inc. for nine months, received a license as a wellness coach, volunteered with Crisis Text Line, started Adventure Child, and revamped the restaurant and nightlife consulting company. My greatest accomplishment is taking my daughter to school every morning and picking her up every afternoon. My personal code in business and in life is: 1. Do the right thing 2. Always be kind 3.
