Spearheaded the launch of the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology newly announced £26m Gigabit programme for GoFibre that covers the Scottish Borders and East Lothian with the view to connect premises to FTTP over 2.5 years. Alongside this we will look to extend our coverage to other hard to reach homes along the way on our Commercial programme. Lead and executed our c£35m commercial FTTP rollout programme to connect over homes in Scotland and the North East of England. Delivered 1.5 million meters of network across a matrix of external and internal supply chains within budget and timescalesProviding leadership and tactical oversight to the final stages of our existing F20 Gigabit BDUK programmes in Teesdale (c£6.6 million – homes) and North Northumberland (c£7.3 million c3700 homes) alongside our Commercially driven upside programme to further enable FTTP opportunities for residents and businesses on these areas. On track to complete early and within budget.Scaled up from a start-up to a medium sized network build operation that can flexibly deliver on a number of varied contracts large and small. Continually challenging our teams to continue to scale with purpose and outperform expectations.
