I currently serve as the Volunteer Chairman for the Arts in Healthcare Department at Lee Health, where I have dedicated over 560 hours of volunteer service across the past 3 years and counting. My work has allowed me to support patients, staff, and the community while strengthening the culture of compassion and excellence that Lee Health is known for.Passionate about people and organizational culture, I aspire to pursue a career in human resources and community coordination within the nonprofit sector. My goal is to help align internal teams with external community initiatives to drive meaningful and sustainable impact.Looking ahead, I plan to pursue my Master of Human Resource Management to strengthen my knowledge and skills of aligning human resource strategies with the goals of mission-driven organizations to maximize community impact.

My role also involves educating members on effective use of new media, advocating for innovative digital tools, and aligning chapter activities with SHRM’s broader social media vision.
