ABOUT CAMERON REED

An experienced diverse Project manager. My journey began on a YTS scheme as a bricklayer gaining experience in building homes to industrial units, including contract work in Germany. I gained experience in surrounding trades such as Groundworks, roof works, facades and all and all trades involved. After ten years of the British weather I grabbed the opportunity to gain experience and successfully subcontracted in interior installations drywall, partitioning, acoustics and suspended ceilings, fire protection and joinery, managing my own teams in fit-out. With the experience gained I began to manage projects for Principle contractors that include Vinci, Apex, Nucom, Sharkeyse, Area, ISS, CBRE and now heavily experienced with diversity in New build, refurbishment and cut and carve, commercial to residential conversions, Cat A and Cat B fit outs, the education sector and Health care. I am experienced in planning, coordinating and managing all aspects of construction, fit-out and refurbishment processes having successfully managed a wide and diverse range of projects for high profile corporate clients throughout the UK. Project values range between 500k and 15mil with overall accountability from inception to close out. My skill set includes the following aspects crucial to the successful closing out of multifaceted projects. • Proactive project management to achieve fast track timescales. • Project programming and change control. • Budget preparation & cost management. • Value engineering • Procurement • Management of H&S. • External & Internal reporting, client facing and board level.
