This included aligning cross-functional stakeholders, implementing statistical forecasting tools, and standardizing S & OP cadences. The project resulted in a 25% improvement in forecast accuracy and $2.3 million in annual cost savings through optimized inventory levels and reduced obsolescence.End-to-End Supply Chain Planning w/ CPG client: Led a workflow process map for Demand Planning, Demand Sensing, Sense and Respond (Exception Based Planning), and short-term demand planning (STDP) for a major consume products company with global inputs into Advanced Planning Software (APS).I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University – Mays Business School, where I studied Information & Operations Management and Marketing.
