Hi! I\'m a third-year student at UCSB, double-majoring in Economics and Communication Studies. I’ve gained hands-on experience on the deal side of real estate, working on transactions, pricing, market research, and early financial inputs, utilizing tools like Excel and MLS platforms. I’m now focused on building a strong analytical foundation as I pursue a career in finance, with interests in wealth management, private markets, and real asset strategy.In addition to my major, I am starting UCSB’s Technology Management Program (Entrepreneurship, PE & VC, and Product Thinking) this fall and working toward certification.
