Internship with McCarthy working in a commercial hospital setting for Banner Boswell working to renovate and expand their $9 million Interventional radiology and Endoscopy center project. Using Procore and Bluebeam Internship with LGI working in residential homebuilding overseeing site operations, inspections, pulling permits, completions, and project turnover. Delivered homes with the highest of quality on time and on budget using build pro and maximizing trade relations for 3 home completions. 1 year experience working along side Gilbane on a $100 million/18-story office building project in Tempe AZ in general labor and site security. I assisted with scaffolding, traffic barricades, hauling site materials and assisted with field delivery work. A completed apprenticeship MEWP Certified with the necessary trade skills. Vanderkolk was in multiple areas of the industry which allowed for diversified experience. GC relations were necessary when adhering to OSHA and while operating along side other trade partners.~Created two businesses that I developed, managed and integrated by teaching myself website development. I did this by marketing through advertising and honing specific demo and geographics for better reports, customer retention, and access to target market. I used Shopify and facebook manager to build my business and oversee its operations.
