Implement appropriate education opportunities for staff and identify, hire, retain and lead additionaltechnical staff, including support staff and team coaches; Support volunteers with coaching resources, including equipment, coaching clinics, curriculum, in-persongame-day support, and other opportunities that help simplify the volunteer coach role; Identify and track upcoming players from the 8U program to coordinate team formation with coaches andplayer placement into the 9U Recreational and Select programs; Lead and execute summer and winter camps including (but not limited to): staffing, communication,curriculum, and other organizational needs. Oversee the day-to-day planning and implementation of goalkeeper training sessions for 12 weekseach season (Fall and Spring) for all 9U-19U boys and girls and Select and Competitive goalkeepers. Coordinate the movement of CRYSC Fort Collins Competitive (11U-19U) and Select (9U/10U)goalkeepers in collaboration with the Director of Competitive Programming Evaluate goalkeeper performance in both training and match settings using objective criteria. Help facilitate weekly GK movement in collaboration with Director of Competitive Programming,Director of Goalkeeping and Regional GK Directors. Identify goalkeepers for Elite Program (NPL, ECNL-RL, ECNL, MLS Academy) involvement
