Establish and maintain effective regional business partnerships, including by working as a leadership team with other Regional leaders to assess and oversee compliance with asset protection programs• Provide critical feedback to Operational leadership, especially with respect to implementation and compliance with Asset Protection programs• Interview and participate in hiring process for field roles, when applicable• In coordination with corporate Asset Protection, develop and present Asset Protection awareness meetings and training programs, store and market meetings• Develop, implement and monitor action plans and controls in locations designated as “critical” shrink stores, in conjunction with Operations leaders• Develop, implement and monitor shrink goals for retail locations, in conjunction with Operations and Asset Protection leadership• Conduct Asset Protection assessments to create awareness, detect areas of vulnerability and/or violations of policies, and direct Operations on the remediation of such areas, in conjunction with Operations leaders• Provide direction, coaching and support for the investigation of suspected dishonesty, fraud, and known crimes at locations where needed• Conduct and oversee investigations of large losses• Monitor, analyze, and follow-up on statistical data related to inventory or other losses• Maintain knowledge of Asset Protection trends, laws and governmental compliance• Assist Risk Management with on-site support when violations of federal or state codes occur and in times of unusual occurrences or losses• Assist in coordination of physical security programs (alarms, CCTV, safes, EAS, etc.)• Assist Risk Management in administering the Corporate Safety Program• Assist Risk Management in governmental compliance• Maintain timely and accurate reporting to corporate Asset Protection for company loss incidents
