Becoming a subject matter expert in TBA and OTC products performing daily margining tasks across several different client ranges moving up to in cash and/or securities for an individual trade. Understanding the importance of portfolio reconciliation and correcting any errors or breaks within our general ledgers and systems of record. Training incoming team members within the TBA, OTC, FX/Intl, and Clearing space to extend the understanding of the Collateral Management team across all products Mentoring interns and analysts as a part of the Early Careers Program within Wells Fargo and coordinating information sessions across the entire bank like the Lifecycle of a Trade course while being a part of panels like Early Graduates and Program Alumni.
