I am a professor, minister, and family life educator. In all these roles, my vocation is to positively impact marriages and families and strengthen the local church. I do this through my teaching, on-campus and off, in classes, workshops, and seminars; training and certifying others in marriage education; writing, whether books or blog posts; and various forms of ministry, including preaching, Bible teaching, pastoral counseling and premarital preparation.
