RSG, Inc. is a creatively charged counterpart to California cities and public agencies.As RSG’s Business Development Specialist I have a number of important responsibilities including: Help identify, manage, and track RFP opportunities across multiple platforms· Analyze and interpret RFP requirements from local government agencies· Proactively participate and collaborate with subject matter experts in developing new content for use in proposals, including drafting case studies, and managing corporate resume updates· Create proposal content to communicate the company’s ability to perform service requests in RFPs· Write, edit, and proofread proposal sections to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with RFP guidelines and to ensure timely submissions· Coordinate with Prime and/or Subconsultant partners· Maintain a database of proposal content, boilerplate materials, and past successful proposals· Generate accurate and insightful reports on outcomes that summarize information and identify trends for Partner decision making· Stay informed about local government trends, regulations, and competitor activities· Participate in proposal strategy sessions, and contribute ideas to enhance win probability
