Agriculture is my passion and my life’s work. From my early days as operations manager for our 7K-acre farm to becoming Penn State’s first student accepted into the John Deere MBA Leadership program, I’ve built a successful career serving this global industry. While leading AWS AgTech vertical, developing Cargill’s digital team, and directing Nutrien’s international e-commerce growth, I became known for launching teams and divisions by transforming challenges into strategic opportunities. Examples of my recent career highlights include: I drove Nutrien’s investment focus on high EBITDA returns while accelerating business growth strategies. Grew Nutrien’s e-commerce platform sales for farmers to $3.2B and online bill payments to $1.1B over two years. Accelerated Amazon AWS’s agriculture revenue to $231.5M over two years with 600+ customers.In addition to my hands-on leadership experience and rapid career growth, I earned an MBA with a concentration in supply chain and marketing from Penn State.
