From my early days as operations manager for our 7K-acre farm to becoming Penn State’s first student accepted into the John Deere MBA Leadership program, I’ve built a successful career serving this global industry. While leading AWS AgTech vertical, developing Cargill’s digital team, and directing Nutrien’s international e-commerce growth, I became known for launching teams and divisions by transforming challenges into strategic opportunities. Examples of my recent career highlights include: I drove Nutrien’s investment focus on high EBITDA returns while accelerating business growth strategies.
