I am a Partner and lead the International Tax Practice for our Chicago office. I serve clients in a variety of industries including consumer products, financial services, technology, and manufacturing. I work with multinational corporations on a wide variety of international tax issues, including earnings repatriation, cross-border financing, foreign tax credit planning, Pillar II assessments, and foreign country tax reduction with an emphasis on value chain alignment strategies.I am a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and hold a Bachelors of Science and a Masters of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. I have been a guest lecturer at the University of Illinois Masters in Tax Program. I have presented on various international tax topics for BNA/CITE.I have served as an ambassador to the United Way, volunteer for Ladder Up and FMSC, and am a Mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
