ABOUT CAMERON FERGUSON
I’m Cameron, a leadership and development specialist with over a decade of experience leading high-performing teams and driving people-focused change across industries, including healthcare, finance, logistics, and sport.Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about empowering individuals and organisations to reach their full potential. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I played a pivotal leadership role at Europe’s largest diagnostic laboratory, overseeing operations for more than 300 staff and supporting the development of over 900 employees through bespoke leadership programmes, one-to-one coaching, and large-scale training initiatives.Since then, I’ve channelled that experience into my work as a Leadership & Development Facilitator, specialising in helping new and emerging leaders build confidence, capability, and clarity.
