Geo in good standing, and an experienced, successful people leader, I have assumed many lead geoscientist and project lead roles at several successful small to mid-sized oil and gas companies. I have been tasked with growing company shareholder value and always delivered successful results in varying play types across the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. I am a positive person with an entrepreneurial spirit that loves to safely try new things and carry them to fruition. As a team member my adaptable personality can fit into any dynamic situation and I am able to hit the ground running, with enthusiasm, in any new challenge. I have been in many technical and leadership roles and have demonstrated leadership in every situation by “rolling up my sleeves” and leading by example, as well as being approachable to mentor, while remaining technically proficient and current in all aspects of the oil and gas business.
